Skenarios groups property stock on four different levels: portfolio, group, building, unit.
Concept | Description |

portfolio | The full property stock, or parts of it. Contains the property groups. Every property is part of 'Portfolio Template' |
property group | A group of property buildings managed together, such as real estate, of in Finnish: kiinteistö, taloyhtiö |
property building | A single building. House, row house or apartment block. |
property unit | Unit of residence, a flat, an apartment or a house. |
