Import buildings
In order to import buildings, it is mandatory to provide the location details and a unique id for each building. The location details can be given in as coordinates, national building id, or address details. For further details, see Overview. In addition, further details of a building can be imported by optional headers.
Mandatory Headers
In addition to a unique building id, a full address, a national building id, or coordinates are mandatory to import a building.

Import custom properties
It is possible to import values for the building's custom property value fields such as property image. Prior to a custom field import, however, it is mandatory to create the field for a portfolio. For more information about creating a custom field, please refer to the Settings page.
To import value for the custom property field, enter the title of the property field as a header to the Excel sheet as it would be any normal field. If there are multiple fields with the same title, first field will be used, but it remains undecided, which one.
Import Units
Certain headers are mandatory in order to import a unit, but additional details can also be imported by optional headers.
Mandatory Headers
A unit id is mandatory in order to import a unit. A unit id has to be unique in a portfolio. In addition, units are required to be linked to a building or a group (or both) by a building id or a group id.
