Renovation overview shows a graph displaying last five year and future ten years renovation costs.
Past & future renovations table contains the most recent and near future renovations for the building. Renovations are either Assumed or Planned. A renovation year followed by an asterisk denotes the renovation is statistically Assumed, and the absence of an asterisk denotes the renovation is of user origin, that is, Planned. Moreover, a description and price estimate are provided for each renovation. The control icons pen and bin are for editing and deleting a renovation. For more information about editing, please refer to Add new renovation -paragraph.
We recommend you to fill in the renovations table as thoroughly as possible to gain the most up-to-date and accurate SkenarioLabs analytics.
Controls contain a button for adding a new renovation and filtering assumed renovations. Filtering affect both Overview and Renovation list. To add a new renovation, click Add renovation -button, which opens a new window.
