Normal username and password login
For non-SkenarioLabs users, user can use username and password to login.
If login fails 5 times in a row, the user account is locked 10 minutes. Even the correct username/password is provided, the login won’t succeed. Only after 10 minutes, login will succeed after correct username/password are provided.
If an user’s account contain “+”, SkenarioLabs employee’s email can be used by username/password login
Google login
If user’s account email is a Google email or provided by Google, Google login is a very easy and safe way to login (with 2-Factor-Authentication) support.
For SkenarioLabs employee’s user account (with @skenariolabs.com, @skenarios.com), Google login is the only option. In this way, all SkenarioLab’s employee’s Admin users are protected by Google 2FA.
If Admin user want to switch to other organizations, there is no need to create any new accounts, admin user is able to switch any organizations. (*****+makuti@skenariolabs.com is not needed anymore)
